Joey Wheeler is an illustrator and painter from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is based in Baltimore, Maryland and is currently pursuing a BFA at Maryland Institute College of Art. He is studying both, Illustration and Painting. Although primarily an oil painter, Joey maintains an active relationship with backgrounds in drawing, printmaking, and digital design.
